Patrick Martin
Attorney
Patrick Martin has been trying personal injury cases for almost 30 years. Originally from the Midwest, Patrick made Pensacola his home in the late 1990s and immediately fell in love with the area. After moving to Florida, Patrick spent many years representing insurance companies, rising to the position of managing attorney for a staff counsel office of a major national auto insurer, followed by a position as a partner at a large insurance defense law firm. Patrick’s extensive trial experience brought him recognition in 2019 as a board-certified specialist in civil trial law, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of all Florida lawyers.
In early 2024, Patrick made the decision to bring his knowledge and experience to bear on behalf of those who have been injured by the negligence of others. Patrick’s deep knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies allows him to fight for injured victims to help them recover full compensation for their losses. Away from the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage son.
